This program of activities is coordinated by the ULS International Relations Office.

The foreign students participating in the student exchange semester at the University of La Serena had a rich program of activities as a welcome to this house of higher education. 

The activities programmed by the International Relations Office aim to ensure that those who join university life can do so in the best way. To do this, they visited the most important departments and those with student recurrence, such as the DGAE, the Irma Salas Library, the Department of Health, the Department of Physical Education and Sports, as well as the Academic Registry departments. 

In the cultural field, they visited the Ignacio Domeyko Mining Museum and the El Brillador Mine School. At the communal level, they also visited the historic center of La Serena, including the Archaeological Museum, the Patio of the Town Hall Building, the Gabriel González Videla Historical Museum, ending with a visit to the city's Japanese Park. 

Part of this semester's student exchange are university students from the Federal Republic of Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Colombia and Mexico, who expressed their satisfaction with the activities with which they were cordially received by the University, organized and carried out. carried out by the professionals in charge of PR.II.
