The course is designed for a general public, but especially for graduates of the University of La Serena who wish to complement their knowledge.

“Interpretive Analysis and Gesture in Orchestral Conducting” is the name of the online workshop that will be offered by the academic from the Department of Music of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of La Serena, Alejandro Meléndez.

The course is designed for a general public, but especially for graduates of the school who wish to complement their knowledge.

The activity will be carried out online, on Wednesday, June 17 at 16:00 p.m. with a duration of approximately 2 and a half hours and will be divided into two sections: the first part will consist of works from the universal repertoire; and the second part, about techniques in the gestures of conducting an orchestra.
