As part of the academic collaboration between teachers from the Department of Mining Engineering of the University of La Serena and researchers from the Spanish universities Complutense of Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha and Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid, a series of books have been prepared and monographs in digital format, which can be downloaded, free of charge, from the Aula2puntonet website (www.aulados.net) and which have had a wide reception in Latin America and Spain. 

This was reported by the academic of the Department of Mining Engineering of the ULS, Dr. Jorge Oyarzún, one of the collaborators of this portal, who explained that the latest product of this collaboration is a Lexicon on Topics of Economic Geology, Mining-Metallurgy, Environmental Impacts, among others (Jorge Oyarzún - Roberto Oyarzun).
