The work community calls on final year students or professionals with less than 1 year of experience in the Civil Industrial Engineering and Commercial Engineering careers to participate in this initiative, registering in www.jumpingtalent.cl to participate in a selection process.

The Universia Chile network and Trabajondo.com have launched the first edition of Jumping Talent, a meeting of university talent where 60 students and/or recent graduates of the Civil Industrial Engineering and Commercial Engineering careers will be selected to exhibit their skills in front of nine large companies , in an event to be held in Santiago at the end of November.

Registrations are made at http://www.jumpingtalent.cl until October 31, 2014 and final year students, recent graduates and professionals with no more than one year of work experience can participate. Among those who register and meet the desired profile, the best will be selected for a group interview under the assessment center modality, with the recruitment and selection specialists from HR Consulting, the consultancy firm of Trabajondo.com, during September, October and November.

Under the slogan “We help you take a leap into your future”, this initiative - which has no registration cost - is part of the activities that the labor community develops with the aim of promoting a direct relationship between talent and employment. On the one hand, it facilitates university students' search for their first job and professional internships, and on the other, it boosts the image of those companies that seek to innovate in their selection processes.

In the final event, set for Wednesday, November 26 at the Hacienda Santa Martina, the 60 selected will be divided into groups to show their talent in front of representatives of the participating employers. Without a doubt, this activity is a showcase and an incomparable experience for young people and the perfect opportunity to network directly among their peers.

During the day - which includes fun indoor and outdoor actions - potential and skills will be evaluated, such as: teamwork capacity, flexibility, leadership, analysis and problem solving, initiative, creativity and communication skills, among others.

The nine employers participating in this first edition of Jumping Talent in Chile are: Santander, Consalud, Deloitte, Sura, Embotelladora Andina (Coca-Cola), Indumotora, Caja los Andes, Telefónica and Metlife, which will act as a jury and will have as their objective reward the best talent.
