In the activity, in addition to showing and selling its catalog, there will be two book presentations.

As is traditional, Editorial ULS will have a stand at the new version of the La Serena Book and Reading Fair, to be held from February 1 to 16, 2018, in the Plaza Gabriel González Videla.

Editorial ULS, in addition to showing and selling its entire catalogue, which has more than 100 publications, will present the series of "Brief Biographies. Relevant Characters of the Region”, by Claudia Reyes, Gabriel Canihuante and Susana Pacheco (Friday 2, 20:00 p.m.), as well as "Adventures and Misadventures of Cultural Heritage (1953-1973)", by Gonzalo Ampuero and Herman Zepeda (Sunday the 4th, 20:00 p.m.).

With more than 30 uninterrupted years, the event brings together writers, regional publishers and booksellers, who, together with a large program of national writers, will show their most recent literary productions. This year the fair is dedicated to the theme of "Women in Literature", with outstanding writers who will detail their creative processes to the ever-faithful public that visits this literary festival year after year.

The poet Carmen Berenguer will be present; the historian María José Cumplido, who will present her recent publication “Chilenas”; the researchers Isabel Plant, Fernanda Claro and Sofía García-Huidobro, authors of the book “Mujeres Bacanas”, and Paola Santelices, who will launch “Confesiones de una maid”.
