DIVEULS announces opening of registration and applications for scholarships for the Basic Japanese I Course

The classes will be taught by JICA volunteer at ULS, Ritsuko Kohara.

Registration is now available for the Japanese Language Basic Level I course, organized by the Directorate of Linkage with the Environment and Extension of the University of La Serena, DIVEULS. This new approach to Japanese culture, through the teaching of the Japanese language, will take place starting May 08 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 17:15 p.m. to 18:45 p.m., with a total of 42 pedagogical hours.

This academic activity aims to promote Japanese culture and will provide the student with knowledge about basic Japanese grammar and vocabulary, so that the student can form a dialogue in this language. In addition, notions of Japanese culture will be provided.

The single value is $60.000 and has a maximum capacity of 10 people. It should be noted that 5 full scholarships will be awarded to ULS students upon application.

The classes will be taught by the JICA volunteer at the University of La Serena, Ritsuko Kohara, and the classroom will be located at Los Carrera 207, La Serena, in the premises of the ULS Extension Center.
