Bonuses Non-Academic and Academic Managers and Professionals

An amount in UF according to the status to which it belongs and the years of service, fulfilling the requirements and application deadlines indicated below:

Verify that you meet the following requirements:

• Be an academic, managerial or non-academic professional official, full-time or contracted, with at least 10 years of continuous or discontinuous service*
• Be over 70 years old as of January 01, 2024.
• Having received the compensatory bonus stipulated in article 9 of Law 20.374.
• Be affiliated with the DL 3.500 (AFP) pension system, contributing or having contributed.
• Apply within the deadline (between March 01 and May 31, 2024)
• Present the resignation within the month following that of which you are notified of the resolution that assigns you a quota.

* Discontinuous years can only be asserted if the official has 5 continuous years immediately prior to the start date of the application period.

Benefit equivalent to one month of taxable remunerations for each year of service and fraction greater than six months, with a maximum of eleven months.

• Be an official or plant official, contracted or by Labor Code, of one of these institutions at the time of requesting the bonus.
• Submit the voluntary resignation within 180 days after turning 65 years of age.
