On Wednesday, November 19, the director of Human Resources of the University of La Serena, Héctor Bugueño Egaña, together with the Training coordinator, María Graciela Zúñiga, met with the group of secretaries who participated in the “XII Congress of Secretaries ” held at the University of Talca, between November 12 and 15.

The secretaries who attended this activity carried out in the Maule Region were Carmen Cerda, Isabel Vega, Claudia Espejo, Andrea Castillo, Marcia Estay, Sandra Cortés and Mónica Urbina, who on the occasion, convened by the director of Human Resources, were able share the experiences lived in said Congress where the main topic was “Excellence based on Experience, adaptation to change and optimization of time.”

“For the University, supporting the attendance of secretaries at events of this nature is a way to contribute to the professional development of our officials and, consequently, contribute to institutional management, since the learning acquired by people who attend conferences , it is expected, will be transferred and capitalized,” said the director of Human Resources.
