The official season presentation marks the beginning of the second semester of 2021, and on August 12 and 15 it can be seen in Vicuña and surrounding sectors.

With resounding success, the University of La Serena Symphony Orchestra, cultural heritage of the Estrella Region, inaugurated its IV Official Season Concert, through its social networks and the Vive Elqui channel, giving life to a wide selection of pieces that remembered the most famous and watched television series of recent times.

Among its artistic-musical programming, the cast performed music from 'The Game Of Thrones' for string orchestra and percussion, 'Alf', 'The Bridgertons' and 'Down Town Abbey' by the string ensemble; the iconic song 'Bella Ciao' from 'La Casa de Papel' and the famous animated series 'The Simpson' starring the bronze ensemble; to lower the curtain with one of the most beloved and watched series on the small screen: 'The 80s' with the song 'El tiempo en las bastillas', performed by the regional orchestra in its entirety.

In each of the pieces presented, the public was effervescent and grateful for such a wonderful gift, since the repertoire could be enjoyed with the family within the framework of a new Children's Day. The aforementioned concert was broadcast on the cast's Facebook page and YouTube channel; in addition to the Vive Elqui TV channel, VTR signal 7, with coverage in Coquimbo, La Serena and Ovalle, thanks to an important collaborative alliance that the professional orchestra maintains with the regional channel.

Soon, the inhabitants of Vicuña and its surroundings will be able to delight and enjoy this family presentation, by tuning into the Elquina TV channel, channel 5 open signal and channel 63 cable color, and its Facebook page (@Elquina TV). A valuable communal space where the inhabitants of the Elqui Valley will have the opportunity to enjoy this presentation, without leaving the comfort of their home, next Thursday, August 12 at 22:00 p.m. and on Sunday, the 15th of the same month. at 19:00 p.m., within the framework of the management and territorial extension carried out by the cast in the Coquimbo Region.

It should be noted that 'A season like no other' is carried out remotely thanks to the financing provided by the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage, through the National Budget Glossa since 2016. In addition to the continuous support granted by the University of La Serena.
