The activity allowed the students of the Mentoring Program to pose a series of questions to the professionals of the "DGAE Saludable" program.

"Smart Study, Healthy Study" was called the first Conversation organized by the "Healthy DGAE" program of the General Directorate of Student Affairs of the ULS, carried out in conjunction with the Mentoring Program of the Faculty of Engineering and the Library System of the House of Studies.

The activity consisted of a discussion about studying and eating, a contingency issue since the students are in the closing stage of the semester and if it is not compatible with a healthy lifestyle, this can contribute to poor performance in a test or final exam.

Creating a set in the Irma Salas Central Library, the activity was developed in which the students of the Mentoring Program asked questions to the three professionals of the program, who answered and analyzed the practices of "Smart Study, Healthy Study". A nutritionist, a physical education teacher and a psychologist interacted with the attendees and explained from their perspectives the best way to study and lead a healthy lifestyle to the students and officials who came.

This is the second event organized by the DGAE Saludable program. The launching activity of the program was the “Move for your health” fair that took place in the University Park on May 25.

The activity was also broadcast for the first time through Facebook Live, so that students can have access to the information no matter where they are.
